October Blue Sage	Sage is an accomplished hunter from an outcross to the Pinecoble line that produced outstanding bird dogs with moderate range, good speed and intensity, and good hips.  He hunts fast and handled birds with the confidence and competence of an experienced dog in his first season.  He has matured into an outstanding bird dog, handling birds expertly and retrieving reliably.  Sage is an excellent sire and has produced many outstanding pups with an unrivaled record on hips.
October Rocky Mountain	Rocky is from a successful breeding of Alder back into our foundation line that produced consistent natural ability. He is very intelligent, hunts fast at moderate range and is very cooperative in training. He very quickly learned how to find birds and has an exceptional nose. We have bred him to Belle.
October Tam's Chaco	Chaco is out of our Bess x Sage breeding.  Bess x Sage has produced superb bird dogs and has an unparalleled record for hips.  Chaco is a fine example from this breeding.  He is hunted extensively on wild birds where he performs well.  Chaco is owned by Jim Tamarelli.
October Mountain Alder	Alder is from a highly successful outcross of the Ryman line to the Smith line.  This breeding has consistently produced excellent natural bird dogs with good conformation, good hips, and great personalities.  Alder handled Grouse and Woodcock very well in his first season, following running birds and pointing them with intensity.  He has been a solid producer.
